“When we decided to extend our 3 bedroom Victorian cottage about 3-4 years ago, we spoke with several builders. Once our finances were in order, we began seriously engaging with builders. Some provided quotes but did not follow up, and others surveyed but never quoted. However, when we were introduced to and recommended A1Z Construction Limited, they responded almost immediately. They explained the process thoroughly, and it seemed almost too good to be true. A1Z Construction suggested we visit previously renovated projects similar to ours, and the feedback from their customers was exceptional. This assurance encouraged us to proceed with them, and from start to finish, the entire process was seamless. Their team arrived early each morning between 7 and 8 o'clock and worked until 7 or 8 in the evening, often putting in nearly 12-hour days.
Initially, other builders estimated a timeline of six to nine months, but A1Z Construction completed the project in just three and a half months, upholding the highest quality standards. Before beginning, we consulted our neighbors to ensure there would be minimal disruption, and they later confirmed that A1Z Construction was clean, courteous, and very considerate regarding noise.
One year later, the quality of the work remains exceptional, and on the few occasions something went wrong, A1Z Construction promptly addressed and corrected the issues. For anyone considering a construction project, I highly recommend A1Z Construction Limited for their professionalism, efficiency, and exceptional craftsmanship.
